Everything about how your wine reaches you — who you're buying from, what delivery costs, when discounts apply, and how GST works. No surprises at checkout.
AIWine.co.nz is operated by AIWine Ventures Limited. Each wine is supplied and sold to you by the winery that makes it, which accounts for GST on the sale; the sale itself is transacted through this site under AIWine's off-licence, and AIWine collects payment as the winery's agent. AIWine Ventures Limited holds an off-licence under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, with a remote-sale endorsement for online orders. Our licence holder name, licence number and expiry date are shown in the site footer, with a link to a copy of the licence (and on every order at checkout), as the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Regulations 2013 require.
To get your wine to you fresh from source, each partner winery packs and dispatches the wine it makes directly from its cellar door. The winery is responsible for the wine it supplies; AIWine is responsible for the platform, for taking your payment and for the sale being made lawfully under its licence.

Rewards apply to the bottles in each winery shipment — because that's the box the winery packs. Brands in the same winery group count together, since they ship from one hub. These are the usual terms; each winery can set its own minimum order, free-delivery point and whether the dozen discount applies:
